Refund policy

Because Riveted Advisor products are downloadable files delivered electronically, all sales of digital products are final. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the download link has been provided.

If you purchased the same product more than once, received a damaged or unusable file, or cannot access your download, please contact us at jennifer@rivetedadvisor.com. We will work with you to correct the problem.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
