These Terms of Service govern your use of the Riveted Advisor website, articles, resources, Field Guides, checklists, downloads, and related services. By using this site or purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to these terms.
Educational purpose and safety
Riveted Advisor provides educational information intended to help RV owners better understand their vehicles and make informed decisions. Our content is not a substitute for the instructions and warnings supplied by your RV or component manufacturer, a professional inspection, or advice and service from a qualified RV technician, electrician, plumber, propane professional, towing specialist, or other licensed professional.
RV systems and conditions vary. Always follow current manufacturer instructions, applicable codes, and appropriate safety practices. Stop and seek qualified assistance whenever a task is beyond your knowledge, tools, physical ability, or comfort level, or when electrical, propane, structural, braking, towing, or other safety-critical systems are involved.
Digital products and personal-use license
Unless stated otherwise, Riveted Advisor downloads are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use. Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
You may save and print copies for your own use. You may not reproduce, share, upload, post, resell, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Field Guide, checklist, image, article, or other Riveted Advisor content without prior written permission.
Orders, delivery, and refunds
Prices and product availability may change. Downloadable products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. No physical product will be shipped. Delivery and access are governed by our Download Delivery Policy. Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Accuracy and updates
We make reasonable efforts to provide clear, useful, and accurate information. RV designs, components, manufacturer recommendations, and technical standards can change, and a solution that applies to one RV might not apply to another. You are responsible for confirming that information is appropriate for your specific RV, equipment, and circumstances.
Third-party and affiliate links
Riveted Advisor may link to third-party websites, products, or services. Some links may be affiliate links, which means Riveted Advisor may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We recommend items because we believe they may be useful, but third parties are responsible for their own products, services, availability, pricing, privacy practices, and terms.
Intellectual property
The Riveted Advisor name, logos, designs, written content, photographs, graphics, Field Guides, checklists, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Riveted Advisor and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No guarantees
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided for educational use without a guarantee that any particular procedure, diagnosis, repair, or result will be suitable or successful in every situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riveted Advisor is not responsible for losses, injuries, damage, costs, or claims arising from the use or misuse of the site, its content, a digital product, or a third-party product or service. You remain responsible for deciding what work you can safely perform and when to consult a qualified professional.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms as the site, products, or services change. The version published on this page applies from its stated effective date.
