Download Delivery Policy

Riveted Advisor Field Guides, checklists, and other downloadable products are electronic files. Nothing will be mailed or physically shipped.

How delivery works

After checkout is completed, Shopify sends the download link to the email address entered at checkout. Free downloads are delivered in the same way. Delivery is usually prompt, but email filtering or processing delays can occasionally occur.

Please enter your email address carefully and check your inbox, spam, junk, promotions, and quarantine folders. Save a copy of the downloaded file to your own device for future use.

If your download does not arrive

If you have not received your download email within 30 minutes, or if the link or file does not work, contact jennifer@rivetedadvisor.com and include:

• the name used for the order;
• the email address entered at checkout; and
• the title of the product.

We will verify the order and help restore access or provide a working file.

File use and compatibility

Products are supplied as PDF files unless the product description states otherwise. They are optimized for tablet viewing and clean printing. You are responsible for having a compatible device, PDF reader, internet access, and printer if you choose to print.

License and sharing

Your download is for your personal, non-commercial use. It may not be shared, posted, resold, redistributed, or reproduced for others except as expressly permitted in the Terms of Service.

Refunds

Because downloads are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, purchases are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
